The Way to Salvation

                                  Scriptures Leading to Salvation

The Greatest Decision You Will Ever Make

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 11:30:

"The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise."

And in Daniel 12:3:

"And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever."

The greatest message we can share with others is the message of Jesus Christ. Through Him, we can receive forgiveness, salvation, and a restored relationship with God.

The Roman Road to Salvation

The book of Romans contains some of the clearest Scriptures explaining God's plan of salvation. Often called "The Roman Road," these verses provide a simple pathway to understanding our need for Christ and the gift of eternal life.

The Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 1:16:

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth..."

The Gospel is not simply a message—it is the power of God that transforms lives.

The Roman Road helps us understand:

Everyone has sinned and needs salvation.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
— Romans 3:23

Sin has a consequence, but God offers a gift.
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
— Romans 6:23

God demonstrated His love through Christ.
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
— Romans 5:8

We receive salvation by faith and confession.
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
— Romans 10:9

A Simple Story of a Soul Winner

I once heard a story about an elderly woman who had a deep desire to become a soul winner for Christ. She attended Bible classes at her church to learn how to share the Gospel.

The day came when she was sent to visit a young couple. They welcomed her warmly, but when the time came to share the Gospel, she suddenly forgot the Scriptures she had learned.

Heartbroken, she fell to her knees and cried out to God for help. In that moment, the Holy Spirit touched the hearts of the young couple, and they knelt beside her and prayed with her.

The presence of God filled the room, and both of them gave their hearts to Jesus Christ. That elderly woman went on to share the Gospel with many others, bringing countless people into the Kingdom of God.

The lesson is simple: God does not require perfection—He looks for willing hearts.
