In January 1993, a remarkable journey began with establishing Withered Hand Ministries, then known as Guardian Angel Ministries. This was the brainchild of Dr. Jerry W. Hulse, a former professional truck driver who found his calling as a recognized chaplain with the Association of Christian Truckers. His inspiring messages, delivered under the CB Handle, 'The Guardian Angel,' resonated with many, bringing widespread recognition to the ministry.

Withered Hand Ministries, Inc. is now a thriving and fully registered 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry, chartered and incorporated in Tennessee. It is celebrated as a conglomerate of churches with branches across the world. The visionary Founder, Dr. Jerry W. Hulse, has been instrumental in establishing churches and ministries globally, including Withered Hand Ministries Philippines, Inc.

Dr. Jerry W. Hulse's profound contributions have been acknowledged by esteemed organizations such as Don Stewart Ministries & Miracle Life Church International Ministry, founded by the late A.A. Allen. His journey has been marked by powerful impartations, including one from Apostle Don Stewart, who carried the anointing of the late Rev. A.A. Allen. In January 2022, Dr. Jerry W. Hulse received a special prayer and an impartation from Apostle W.V. Grant, renowned for operating in the late William Branham anointing.

Following a compelling miracle service for Miracle Life Church International in General Santos, Philippines, Dr. Jerry and Agustina were graciously offered and granted a license with the ministry. In March of 2024, Dr. Jerry was officially recognized and ordained as the International Evangelist representing this impactful ministry known for miracles and boasting numerous churches worldwide.

Our Vision

Our founder, Dr. Jerry Hulse, is an international evangelist with a vision to help those who have been hurt in churches, especially those who suffered due to strict denominational rules and unforgiving pastors. These people can be compared to the elder brother in the parable of the prodigal son, who showed impatience towards his younger brother. Many people, including former pastors, teachers, and elders, who love God and His people, are hurting and driving trucks across the nation's highways. Withered Hand Ministries Inc. was founded to reach out to people of all cultures worldwide with love.

Dr. Jerry has written over twenty-five books that he has purchased at his expense and shipped free of charge to ministries worldwide for years. Two of his books, "The Essence of Life" and "Eighteen Wheels and Jesus," have been used by the Lord to touch and enrich lives, especially those who suffer from low self-esteem due to being hurt in churches. We aim to bring life, meaning, and purpose to a troubled world, searching for answers and a reason to exist.

What We Do

Their mission is to empower individuals with the resources to conquer their adversities, enabling them to face each new day with resilience and certainty.
