My name is Augustina Hulse, but I am also known as Tintin. I am the wife of Dr. Jerry W. Hulse, who serves as the official International Evangelist for Miracle Life Church International. The late A.A. Allen, a renowned evangelist, originally founded this ministry.

Over the years, the ministry has been sustained under the leadership of the Don Stewart Evangelistic Association, a global Christian organization. It is now under the leadership of our Senior Bishop Philipe Ping Alba.

==========================================================================

My name is Dr. Jerry Hulse, and I am the proud husband of Minister Augustina Hulse. After living and ministering with my beautiful, anointed wife for the last three and a half years in the Philippines, the Lord's unmistakable guidance prompted me to drop everything and fly to the United States.

God had been speaking to me for several weeks about this trip, and I had resisted until I finally gave in. For a little over three years, my wife and I traveled by bus, plane, and sometimes by boat, conducting successful monthly revivals throughout the Philippines. The impact of our ministry is evident, as most of the churches we ministered in are still experiencing revival.

Forty-three and a half years of over-the-road trucking have taken a toll on my body, and the two- to three-hour plane rides in the Philippines, especially the ten-hour bus trips, were challenging for me because the pain in my lower back and legs was almost unbearable. Just the thought of enduring a fourteen-hour plane ride to California bothered me, but God has His way of comforting us when it comes to doing His will, especially when souls are involved.

The Lord began speaking to me in dreams, assuring me that this is His will concerning me and that I should not share my upcoming trip to America on social media. He related these words to me: “They are waiting on you.” I did not want to leave the Philippines, because God had been using our ministry in powerful ways to the point that an entire city turned to God.

After much prayer and seeking God, we decided that I should go, leaving my wife to continue our ministry in the Philippines. She is scheduled to minister in my place in her hometown of Surigao City this September. I am expected to return to the Philippines for a mighty revival in November and our Miracle Life Church annual convention in January 2026.

On June 7, 2025, I arrived at Ninoy Aquino Manila airport only to have my flight rescheduled twice. It was a series of events orchestrated by God. When I arrived in Los Angeles, my flight to Charlotte, North Carolina, was rescheduled because I had someone to meet. Despite the physical challenges, I was miraculously pain-free. The airlines gave me an aisle seat with a wall behind me and no one beside or in front of me.

When I arrived in Los Angeles, my flight to Charlotte, North Carolina, was delayed. Once again, this was all in God's plan for me to meet a young man who worked at the airport as a wheelchair assistant. He had previously attended some of David Hernandez’s meetings and witnessed God moving in miraculous ways. However, he had been taught all his life that miracles ended after the apostles. This unexpected encounter was a testament to God's plan and the power of faith.

I called Pastor Robert Hale, the man who was voted in to take over my ministry, Withered Hand Ministries, Inc., before I left for the Philippines, and asked Brother Robert to minister to him. After Robert and I prayed, the man said that he felt electrical impulses going through his arms and legs, and even expressed that he now believes God is still a God of miracles.

WHM President Robert Hale and I traveled to Dallas, Texas, to visit my dear friend, Pastor W.V. Grant. I was invited into Brother Grant's office and saw him sitting behind a large, beautiful wooden desk that was engraved with snake skins. I later found out that this desk was special, as it was a gift from the late President Ronald Reagan. It was priceless because the snake skins on top of it had been killed on the former President's ranch.

I was surprised when Brother Grant asked his church secretary to prepare a certificate recognizing my wife, Augustina, and me as International Evangelists with Miracle Life Church International Ministry. The certificate also acknowledged and included bringing me under Brother Grant's covering and mentorship, granting me full rights to all his Eagles Nest Churches Inc.

Brother Grant gave me his personal prayer shawl, which had been lying across his pulpit, and it was his shawl that he had brought back from his trip to Israel. Before leaving Dallas, Brother Grant removed his beautiful yellow tie, a symbol of honor and respect, and asked me to take it back to my wife, Augustina, when I returned to the Philippines. He gave instructions that she was to wear it during her first service after I returned.

Brother Grant confirmed this by presenting me with the certificate during his June 15, 2025, Father’s Day service. During the service, Brother Grant gave me his golden microphone to testify about how everything he had prophesied to me in January 2022 in Rome, Georgia, including the day the visa restrictions would be lifted, which would allow me free passage for the trip, had come to pass just as he had said it would.

Brother Grant also asked me to testify about how God orchestrated a revival there, causing an entire city to turn to God. I testified about my retirement on March 26, 2021, from a 43-and-a-half-year span in trucking, and how I was ready to enter full-time ministry. On January 26, 2022, I drove 300 miles one way to attend a service conducted by Brother Grant in Rome, Georgia. In that service, Pastor Grant told me that God wanted me in the Philippines for full-time ministry, and he sees me there no later than the first week of March. All of this happened, and I had to decide to give away all my suits and continue paying for a new car that I couldn't drive. It was an easy decision, and I am glad I gave up all to follow the call of God upon my life.

To make a long story short, after retiring from trucking, I purchased a new car and new suits to enter full-time ministry and was commissioned by Pastor Joey Johnson, the pastor of the House of the Lord church in Akron, Ohio. Pastor Johnson also gave me a $50.00 seed offering and several of his anointed books.

Just like Brother Grant said, under the inspiration of God’s Spirit, they lifted the visa restrictions on the date he mentioned, and I arrived there on March 10, 2022. My first ministry activity was riding a large ferry for three hours across the ocean to Abra de Ilog in Occidental Mindoro, where an elderly lady who was deaf and unable to speak was instantly healed during a service, causing an entire Munyan tribe to turn to God. Some even said that Jesus came to them in a dream that night, leading them to walk hours out of the mountains to join us in the service the next day.

Here's the story: Before leaving for the Philippines, I trusted a tax business in Bristol, Tennessee, to handle my 2022 taxes, but they kept dragging out the process until they missed both my April deadline and my extension deadline, costing me a $3,000 penalty on top of the $5,000 I already owed them. I had withdrawn too much money from my retirement account to invest in the Philippines, which added to my tax debt.

I had been making monthly payments to the IRS, but just before returning to America, Brother Grant said in a live stream that Jerry in the Philippines, "The government owes you money, and you will soon hear from them." After arriving in Dallas, Texas, Brother Grant asked as many as could to give a $221.00 offering to help him meet the church's needs.

I was trying to give an offering to Eagles Nest Church when I heard the Holy Spirit whisper $300.00. Within two days, my sister in Tennessee informed me that I had received a letter from the IRS stating that I had overpaid the government, and my balance is now paid in full. God caused over $3000 to be removed from the debt I owed the government.

Upon arriving in Dallas, Pastor Robert rented a car and paid extra to visit the new Pentecostal Museum in Missouri, as well as the ACT Road Angel Truckers Center in Brownstown, Illinois. However, God changed our plans when the Lord instructed Brother Robert not to leave the state of Texas.

After some prayer, we decided to travel to San Antonio to visit Eler James Lockhart. I had visited him several times before leaving for the Philippines. I had been interviewed by him, along with my preaching partner, Prophet Frank Johnson, on KROV FM Radio and All Nations TV station. I also had previously invested in his founding of the powerful world outreach internet radio station, “Rhema Gospel Express.” Click here for the station

Pastor Robert and I discovered that he and his beautiful, anointed wife, Kay Lockhart, had just returned from Bakersville, California, where they were recognized and ordained by a growing ministry. This was good news because they asked us to visit a new church they had been asked to pastor. After leaving the church, we stopped at an IHOP to eat and catch up with each other. After dinner, Brother Lockhart and I decided to use the restroom, and as we were leaving, the loudspeakers in the restroom started playing the song “My Girl” by the Temptations.

The story behind this is that during my years of ministering to the street people in the inner cities, providing love, clothes, food, and other essentials, especially in Atlanta, Georgia, in areas such as Bankhead and College Park, Georgia wearing my Indiana Jones hat, which made me look much younger than I was. I ministered to them for more than 12 years on their level, concealing my true identity, which was that I was a renowned trucker minister known as "The Guardian Angel."

These people had killed the preacher before me and had shot at another. You are not going to preach to these people without getting hurt, but God had his way. I got in physical altercations with some of them and eventually earned their respect, even from the dangerous gangs that roamed the area. Looking all young and wearing my Indiana Jones hat, I was not afraid to go into abandoned houses, under bridges, and in one instance, take clothes inside a crack house, winning the respect of some nasty, dangerous people.

The truth is, when people saw me entering the Waffle House in College Park, Georgia, someone would rush to play the song “MY Girl” on the jukebox. Most everyone in Atlanta knew this was one of my favorite songs, and this song was playing in the IHOP restaurant when Pastor Lockhart and I entered. However, when Pastor Lockhart and I danced our way out of the restroom and into the dining area, the establishment was playing a soft melody.

Outside the building, I felt compelled to pray for the new pastors, and Robert helped in catching them. While Robert was talking with Pastor Kay, I had a vision of Pastor James's lower spinal area and placed my hand on it, causing him to fall, taking me down with him, along with Pastor Robert, who saw what was happening and also fell to the pavement.

All of this happened in front of the glass doors, with people sitting inside facing us, waiting for a table to become available. Yet, no one moved to help us, and no one called the police or an ambulance. Pastor James Lockhart had been injured in a wreck and had spent some time in a hospital, and he made the statement that he believes God realigned some things in his body during this fall. My left finger still bears the scar of attempting to catch him during the fall.

The next day, we visited Pastor Lockhart’s beloved, anointed 91-year-old mother, who is a praise dancer and can preach as well as many ministers today. His brother, Michael, was there, who had been in perfect shape four years ago before I left for the Philippines. He was a grandmaster in martial arts, teaching police and SWAT teams, but now he is crippled in one leg and suffering from dementia, not even recognizing me.

His mother informed us that they intend to get him involved with a physical therapist to help him walk again, but I said no. Brother Grant prayed over me, and this man is going to walk before I leave. When I went to pray for him, I saw a flash of light between him and his mother, and Michael saw it too.

My mentor, the late Don Stewart, taught me that when Angels show up, they are there to do kingdom business. Michael stated that he had also seen the flash of light, and after prayer, we noticed light had come into his eyes. As we began to leave, Michael arose and walked to the bathroom by himself. A few days later, we were informed that he had been visiting with some of his friends and had asked his brother to tell me that he now remembered me.

After leaving some powerful services in Dallas, we returned to Bristol, Virginia, where I was invited to visit a dear friend, singer, and recording artist, Tony Malone, along with his lovely wife, Lelia Malone. Tony had written and recorded the song "18 Wheels and Jesus." He composed the music in the mid-1990s, inspired by what he had learned about my life and ministry from station owner and Living Faith WLFG TV personality Bob Smallwood. Tony had won several Dove awards in music and has been with Charlie Daniels and Dolly Parton. Click on this link to view Brother Tony singing this song on his YouTube channel. Click here for the video.

After arriving in Bristol, Brother Tony’s wife called and asked me to come by and pray for him, informing me that he had some injuries, including losing mobility in one of his arms and hands. Tony was a top musician and had previously owned a recording studio. When I arrived at their home, Evangelist James Green from Seattle, Washington, called me, and I let him minister to them. I had previously served and ministered with Evangelist James in several areas throughout the Philippines.

After Evangelist James finished ministering to them, I took the opportunity to share some pamphlets and prayer cloths that the late Don Stewart had blessed. Each item was significant, as Don Stewart was known for his powerful prayers and deep faith. I then elaborated on the passage from Acts 19, where the Apostle Paul talked about the remarkable healing power associated with aprons and handkerchiefs taken from his body.

I explained to them that this passage emphasizes the significance of faith and how physical objects can serve as a means of spiritual blessings. I encouraged them to keep the pamphlets and prayer cloths as a reminder of their faith and the prayers that surround them.

As I began praying for them, asking God to awaken the gifts and talents given to them at birth, I started to see flashes of light in their living room. Their little dog noticed them and started barking at the lights. After the prayer, we went into their kitchen but saw that the lights in the living room were flickering. They told me the next morning that the bulbs in those two lamps had burned out. I don't understand any of this except that God is revealing Himself through signs and wonders. It's not something we've done; it's God, in His sovereignty, showing up as God, and the best is yet to come.

I just received word from Brother Tony's wife that he was on fire when he ministered this Sunday. His wife, Lelia Malone, informed me that the fire started again inside their car on the way home from church. My dear, close friend, Living Faith WLFG TV personality Bob Smallwood, was with them, and Tony's wife, Lelia, said that Brother Bob even began to preach in the vehicle. Brother Tony and Sister Leleia Malone are ordained ministers with Withered Hand Ministries, Inc. Sister Leleia Malone informed me that she plans to post this recorded message by Tony soon on her Facebook page.
