The “Hallelujah Times Newsletter” is a publication dedicated to chronicling the inspiring journey of our founder, Dr. Jerry Hulse, alongside his wife, Augustina, who is lovingly referred to as “TinTin.”
This newsletter provides readers with regular updates on Dr. Hulse and TinTin's fervent mission to ignite spiritual revival throughout the Philippines. Through heartfelt stories and impactful experiences, it aims to engage and inspire its audience about the transformative work undertaken by Dr. Hulse and TinTin in their quest to uplift communities and spread hope.

My name is Augustina Hulse, but I am called TinTin. I am the wife of Dr. Jerry W. Hulse, who serves as the official International Evangelist for Miracle Life Church International. The late A.A. Allen, a renowned evangelist, originally founded this ministry.
Over the years, the ministry has been sustained under the leadership of the Don Stewart Evangelistic Association, a global Christian organization. It is now under the leadership of Bishop Philipe Ping and Nida Alba.
==========================================================================This is March 20025, and we are excited about what God has planned for this year. We just returned from ministering at the Ventures of the Victory in Christ Conference, a significant Christian event held in Balaoang Tarlac, Philippines, with Prevailing Word Ministries. Pastor Benjamin Calpo of Seattle, Washington, invited Jerry to be a guest speaker at the conference.
The Conference, held at the Prevailing God's Word Church, was a joyous occasion. As the praise and worship filled the air, the Holy Spirit descended upon everyone, leading the ministers to discard their shoes and dance for joy. It was a moment of unexpected celebration and pure spiritual bliss.
Many came for prayer, and one young girl gave her heart and life to the Lord. We did not know it, but she had just lost her sister, and my husband mentioned her relatives looking over the banister of heaven, shouting over her conversion. The whole church was in worship as Jerry spoke of two angels flying toward the throne of God, saying, "Write her name down in the Lamb's book of Life!"
One of the most awe-inspiring moments was when the Lord moved on a man whose left foot was one and a half inches shorter than his right foot. In a miraculous display of divine power, God grew it back out to size without anyone touching him. It was a testament to the glory and might of our Lord.
One pastor who has thirteen churches in Coron, Philippines, was present. My husband called him out and ministered to him. After the service, he testified in Tagalog that he was skeptical of Jerry when he first met him, and someone gave him one of our cards describing Jerry as an International Evangelist in the ministry of the late Don Stewart.
He told the church that he had been with Apostle Don before and was skeptical that Jerry had received his mantle until Jerry looked him in the eyes and told him what he had been going through and the visions he had been having that he did not understand. He said, "When I looked into the man of God's eyes, I saw Apostle Don Stewart's mantle."
The pastor was slain in the spirit once at the church and later in a home before we left, and he invited us to come and minister in his churches.
Sunday morning, the Lord gave my husband a special message for the Prevailing Word God's Church on "Making Sure Your Foundation is not Cracked." These services can be viewed by clicking on our YouTube Channel: "The Miracle Life Connection."
On Monday morning, March 10, 2025, my husband and Pastor Benjamin ministered at the Rhema Christian Training Center. My husband Jerry ministered on "The Memorial Stones: Our Spiritual Legacy." After the message, my husband prayed and anointed all the students. The power of God was present to heal and deliver. We received positive results from all of these services.
