My name is Augustina Hulse, but I am also known as Tintin. I am the wife of Dr. Jerry W. Hulse, who serves as the official International Evangelist for Miracle Life Church International. The late A.A. Allen, a renowned evangelist, originally founded this ministry.
The ministry has been sustained under the leadership of the Don Stewart Evangelistic Association, a global Christian organization. It is now under the leadership of our Senior Bishop Philipe Ping Alba. I am licensed, and my husband, Jerry, is ordained in this ministry.
I was informed on June 15, 2025, that Eagles Nest Churches, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas, has recognized our ministry and granted us a certificate of affiliation, placing us under the covering and mentorship of Dr. W. V. Grant.

My name is Dr. Jerry Hulse, and I am the proud husband of Minister Augustina Hulse. After ministering in churches throughout America, including the ACT Road Angel's jamboree in Brownstown, Illinois, I made my way to Seattle, Washington. I'm aware that there are several churches affiliated with my dear friend Benjamin Calpo, including the Prevailing Word Ministries.
We did one of my radio programs with HOD Radio Word TV Network at The Lovely's, a gentleman's home. My dear friend, I finally had the opportunity to meet Brother Dean Warner, along with my international evangelist friend James Green. We all ministered on "The Zoe Life." The Life of God within the believer!
I was blessed to finally meet Bishop Terry Allen upon my arrival in Seattle, Washington. He attended one of the services where I was ministering.
After ministering there, I made my way to Vancouver, Canada, to spend time with my Bishop, Ping Alba, and my minister at our Miracle Life Church there on Pastor's Appreciation Day. MLCI PASTORS APPRECIATION SERVICE
On October 22, 2025, I returned to the Philippines to be with my beautiful wife and continue the ministry of miracles throughout the country. In closing, the book of Acts came alive during my trip to America, and I encountered more divine encounters than I could keep track of.

In July 2025, the President of WHM, Dr. Robert Hale, and I traveled to Wilmington, North Carolina, a picturesque coastal city, for a ministry event hosted by True Foundation Ministries. The result was truly miraculous, as an entire family rededicated their lives to the Lord. After this powerful meeting, we redirected our trip through Butner, North Carolina, a small town known for its community spirit, to pray with the family of Joni Vanover. She and her late husband Joe have been a tremendous blessing to our ministry.
While there, one of her family members had been suffering from a brain tumor. After prayer and giving them some of the late Don Stewart's prayer cloths, I witnessed an enemy spirit leave them. While walking away, the Lord spoke into my spirit about his wife's foot. I turned to ask her about her foot, and she informed me she had been having trouble with it.
When she placed it in my hand, I heard the Spirit say, "Plantar fasciitis." I'm not too good with medical terms, but He had no sooner spoken to me when she called out the word. After prayer, she danced all over the room, causing all of us to rejoice with her.
I made the trip to Charleston, South Carolina, to visit with a dear friend, Joan Craig. Her parents, Hubert and Eula Meadows, played a significant role in my ministry's outreach efforts in the state of Virginia. Her dad and I shared a radio program in the mid-1990s called "The Standing for Jesus Broadcast" on the WCRR radio station in Rural Retreat, Virginia.
Brother Meadows made the 100-mile trip to Blountville, Tennessee, to ordain me; this was sometime in 1995. He also brought his church under my ministry charter. God healed Sister Joan of a shoulder, leg, and foot problem. He also healed her daughter of some ailments she had been suffering from.
Dr. Robert and I have been busy attending services at a little country church off Glenwood Road in Bristol, Tennessee, called "Creekside House of Prayer," which reminds me of Brother Meadow's church. There, they play their guitars and sing the old songs I grew up with, and now they have me attempting to play and sing again, just like I used to do on TV. Programs.
I made the trip to Birmingham, Alabama, on August 16th to be in service at the "River of Living Waters Faith Church" with my mentor, Dr. W.V. Grant, and his stunning, anointed wife, Pastor Milly Grant from the Eagles Nest Cathedral in Dallas, Texas. He recognized and introduced me as his missionary to the Philippines. I witnessed the gifts of the Holy Spirit in action and also saw some mighty miracles that could not be explained.
On August 22nd, Dr. Robert and I made the trip to Greeneville, North Carolina, to serve with my good friend, Prophet Tracy Cooke, at the "Bread of Life Tabernacle" under the leadership of Pastor Ronnie Proctor.
Despite his heavy schedule, Prophet Tracy and Dr. Grant always let me know that they were praying for us when my wife and I traveled to conduct miracle revivals in the Philippines, and we witnessed incredible miracles. It was such a blessing to meet him and his stunning wife at this revival, finally. Let me not leave out Pastor Ronnie Proctor, his wife, and the beautiful people at his church.
On Saturday the 23rd, Brother Roberts' Secretary of Withered Hand Ministries, Inc., and Founder of True Foundation Ministries, Pastor Evangelist Cynthia Wells, left her vacation in the Bahamas to join us for the 24th Sunday service in Greeneville, North Carolina, with Prophet Tracy Cooke, and she loved it.
TV and Radio personality Pastor Septima May, of the Everlasting Word, also made the trip from Havlock, North Carolina, to attend the service. Both she and pastor Wells made statements that they received their breakthrough in the service. Dr. Septima just called to inform me that a Monday-Friday, midnight radio show has become available for her in San Antonio, Texas.
THE WOMAN AT THE WELL WAS SAVED!
Yes, beloved, before we attended Sunday service at "the Bread of Life Tabernacle, a young, troubled street girl hanging out around our motel humbled herself to give her heart and life to Jesus.
Her name is Christina, and when I had her renounce Satan and his hold on her, and when I had her pray the prayer to break generational strongholds over her life, you could witness her countenance change as she gave her heart and life to Jesus. I wondered why the Lord had me bring one of Robert's prayer shawls from Withered Hand Ministries, Inc. on this trip. This troubled woman was causing two or more Angels to fly through the corridors of Heaven, shouting, "Write Christina's name down in God's blessed book."
I do not know what God has in store for me in September, except for attending the Association of Christian Truckers Road Angel Jamboree, to be held the weekend of September 25, 2025. Recently, I have been asked about doing a miracle revival sometime in September in North Carolina, and we are keeping this saturated in prayer.

June 14, 2025, WHM President Robert Hale and I traveled to Dallas, Texas, to visit my dear friend, Pastor W.V. Grant. I was invited into Brother Grant's office and saw him sitting behind a large, beautiful wooden desk that was engraved with snake skins. I later found out that this desk was special, as it was a gift from the late President Ronald Reagan. It was priceless because the snake skins on top of it had been killed on the former President's ranch.
I was surprised when Brother Grant asked his church secretary to prepare a certificate recognizing my wife, Augustina, and me as International Evangelists with Miracle Life Church International Ministry. The certificate also acknowledged and included bringing me under Brother Grant's covering and mentorship, granting me full rights to all his Eagles Nest Churches Inc.
Brother Grant gave me his personal prayer shawl, which had been lying across his pulpit, and it was his shawl that he had brought back from his trip to Israel. Before leaving Dallas, Brother Grant removed his beautiful yellow tie, a symbol of honor and respect, and asked me to take it back to my wife, Augustina, when I returned to the Philippines. He gave instructions that she was to wear it during her first service after I returned.
Brother Grant confirmed this by presenting me with the certificate during his June 15, 2025, Father’s Day service. During the service, Brother Grant gave me his golden microphone to testify about how everything he had prophesied to me in January 2022 in Rome, Georgia, including the day the visa restrictions would be lifted, which would allow me free passage for the trip, had come to pass just as he had said it would.
Brother Grant also asked me to testify about how God orchestrated a revival there, causing an entire city to turn to God. I testified about my retirement on March 26, 2021, from a 43-and-a-half-year span in trucking, and how I was ready to enter full-time ministry. On January 26, 2022, I drove 300 miles one way to attend a service conducted by Brother Grant in Rome, Georgia. In that service, Pastor Grant told me that God wanted me in the Philippines for full-time ministry, and he sees me there no later than the first week of March. All of this happened, and I had to decide to give away all my suits and continue paying for a new car that I couldn't drive. It was an easy decision, and I am glad I gave up all to follow the call of God upon my life.
To make a long story short, after retiring from trucking, I purchased a new car and new suits to enter full-time ministry and was commissioned by Pastor Joey Johnson, the pastor of the House of the Lord church in Akron, Ohio. Pastor Johnson also gave me a $50.00 seed offering and several of his anointed books.
Just like Brother Grant said, under the inspiration of God’s Spirit, they lifted the visa restrictions on the date he mentioned, and I arrived there on March 10, 2022. My first ministry activity was riding a large ferry for three hours across the ocean to Abra de Ilog in Occidental Mindoro, where an elderly lady who was deaf and unable to speak was instantly healed during a service, causing an entire Munyan tribe to turn to God. Some even said that Jesus came to them in a dream that night, leading them to walk hours out of the mountains to join us in the service the next day.
Here's the story: Before leaving for the Philippines, I trusted a tax business in Bristol, Tennessee, to handle my 2022 taxes, but they kept dragging out the process until they missed both my April deadline and my extension deadline, costing me a $3,000 penalty on top of the $6,000 I already owed them. I had withdrawn too much money from my retirement account to invest in the Philippines, which added to my tax debt.
We tried everything, even filing amended returns, but they refused to accept them, stating that we applied for and received a TIN's tax number too late.
I had been making $150,00 monthly payments to the IRS, but just before returning to America, Brother Grant said in a live stream that Jerry in the Philippines, "The government owes you money, and you will soon hear from them." After arriving in Dallas, Texas, Brother Grant asked as many as could to give a $221.00 offering to help him meet the church's needs.
I was trying to give an offering to Eagles Nest Cathedral when I heard the Holy Spirit whisper, 'Three hundred dollars.' Within two days, my sister in Tennessee informed me that I had received a letter from the IRS stating that I had overpaid the government. God caused over $7,000 to be removed from my government IRS debt, leaving me with a debt of $2,000.00. That is a far cry from the $9000.00 I owed them.
