Withered Hand Ministries was founded in 2004 by Dr. Scottie Sexton & Dr. Jerry W. Hulse. The ministry is now under the effective leadership of President Dr. Robert E. Hale. Dr. Hale's commitment and years of experience have been instrumental in empowering thousands of homeless families and individuals in need, instilling hope and resilience globally.
